Site Terms & Booking Conditions

Effective August 17, 2026. These terms govern use of The Woodway Housing website, direct booking service, Guest Portal, and stay-related communications for prospective and booked guests.

The Woodway Housing is an independent short-term rental business serving The Woodlands, Texas. These site-wide terms work together with the property- and date-specific Short-Term Rental Reservation Agreement accepted at checkout.

Listings, booking, and availability

Listings, prices, amenities, and availability may change. Website access and listings are not guaranteed to be available at all times. A quote, inquiry, pending booking, or abandoned checkout does not create a reservation; only successful payment and confirmation do.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate information, follow occupancy limits, house rules, check-in and checkout instructions, applicable laws, and property-specific terms, and are responsible for their party and property damage to the extent allowed by law.

Payments, cancellations, and add-ons

Payment is processed by the checkout provider. Cancellation and refund rules are stated in the reservation-specific agreement. Optional services such as cleaning, early check-in, late checkout, merchandise, or transportation may require separate approval and payment.

Website use and legal terms

Website misuse, scraping, fraud, interference, and unlawful activity are prohibited. The site is provided as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by Texas law, with disputes handled in or serving Montgomery County, Texas, subject to applicable law.
